Darshini, Sarah and Kush were brilliant! They helped me deal with my inflamed eye quickly and were extremely helpful in arranging my eye test, selecting the glasses but most importantly they assisted me with an eye issue I had never had before! Thank you.

I just wanted an eye test and the optician tried to make me buy add ons and it was hard to intervene to tell her I didn't need the extra things. Felt quite tricked actually and it was blatant that she was trying to sell add ons. I would suggest better selling techniques. She was very kind though and informative so I appreciate that.
